Manuela & Rainer Lutz
For us, Corporación Lutz is not an anonymous company name. It is the shared framework for our ideas, our work and the projects we develop from the Dominican Republic.
We are Manuela and Rainer Lutz. Manuela brings her experience as a businesswoman and gymnastics trainer. Rainer originally comes from the hospitality field and works with web development, web design, marketing and digital projects. Today, these different experiences come together in Corporación Lutz.
In 2019, it became clear to us that we wanted to give our lives a new direction. The Dominican Republic inspired us from the beginning. Step by step, an idea became a real place to live. Today we live and work here and develop our projects in an environment that has long since become home to us.
We do not build everything from a fixed formula. Some ideas come from a specific need, others from something we observe locally or from a client project. We test, improve, sometimes discard an approach and keep developing. That is exactly why very different projects sit side by side under Corporación Lutz.
Juan Dolio
Juan Dolio and the Dominican Republic shape our everyday life and many of our ideas. We experience the people, businesses, opportunities and small practical problems here firsthand. That proximity matters to many of our projects – they are not created only on a drawing board, but from real life.
